I have been using CopyKit over the last few weeks, and I am seeing some artefacts in my data that seem to be caused by the inclusion of problematic bins. I would therefore like to try using CopyKit’s blacklist together with additional user-defined excluded regions.
I have been trying to do this, but I have not been able to provide my own external exclusion list. Is there any way to do this, or any possible workaround?
