ValueError: There is no such driver by url http://chromedriver.storage.googleapis.com/LATEST_RELEASE_134.0.6998
webdriver_manager fails to download ChromeDriver for version 134.0.6998 due to deprecated URL but driver_initialization still uses ChromeDriverManager.
