Support chat UI could be better

Hey Mintlify team,

I've had a great experience with the Mintlify support team so far, they're relatively quick to respond and are very helpful ⭐
The support chat in the dashboard feels awkward to work with however, and I feel like some improvements to it could greatly improve the experience.

Specifically, tickets display alongside the latest message in a support conversation in a small widget in the bottom right hand corner which makes it difficult to see what the ticket is about without clicking into each ticket and reading through the chat history:

I would prefer if the editor had a dedicated tab for support in which I could see at a glance:

• Ticket number
• Which dashboard user created the ticket
• Date and time created
• Current status (pending, investigating, resolved)
• Ticket title (created by the user but editable by support as best describes the issue)

When clicking on a row in the ticket overview it would then open up the chat.
