Changes are missing sometimes

I see this in different sessions at different times, there is some randomness, not sure how to characterize it. Here, there are a bunch of uncommitted changes that don't show up in "Branch changes" but do show in other changesets. I have seen cases where committed changes are also missing or they are missing from all changesets.
