Improve test coverage

• workspace: versions everywhere
• E2E changelog generation tests in src/__e2e__/bump.test.ts - there are already some oddities with workspace versions and possibly other cases - Add more tests for bump and publish #1127
• Move some tests from e2e bump.test.ts to new performBump.test.ts (no git repo) - Add more tests for bump and publish #1127
• More granular tests for different parts of publish process (could use mocks in some cases)
• "Visual regression" tests for logging
• Investigate this
