New install doesn't open Settings dialog on first launch

Steps to reproduce

1. Download the DMG to a local machine
2. Drag ZoomIt to the Applications folder
3. Launch ZoomIt

Result

Nothing happens — no visible window or dialog appears.

Expected

On a fresh install, ZoomIt should default to opening the Settings dialog so the user has a clear entry point to configure the app.
