PtpClient not showing up with w32tm /query /configuration

I've set up software timestamping on 10.0.19043 Build 19043, and set my registry values:

But all that shows up with w32tm /query /configuration under [TimeProviders] is NtpClient (Local) and NtpServer (Local). Any ideas?

Remove the quotation marks around the dll name. I don't know why they included them in the user guide.
