[Bug - Mobile] Options pages of extensions on Edge on iPadOS inaccessible

Currently in Edge on iPadOS, users of extensions can't access the options page defined by extensions with manifest.options_page or manifest.options_ui. There is currently no UI guiding the user there.

Hi @carlosjeurissen could you please provide a recording to explain the whole flow of this issue. Please also share details on which Edge channel (Stable or Beta) you are using, along with the specific extension that requires the options page.

@Rahul-Bauri thanks for reporting back! Let me clarify, currently there is no existing path for the user to reach the options page specified in the manifest by the extension. All other browsers including Edge on Android and Edge on Desktop offer some dropdown menu next to extensions to reach this options page. On iPadOS (and probably iOS), this feature is completely hidden. This is a problem for many extensions who rely on this pattern and don't have a settings button in their own UI.

A recording of the whole flow does not work as the flow does not exist. Which is the exact issue at hand.

Actually the same issue also appears to happen on Android.
