frozen Azure subscription processing

no access to frozen (inactive) Azure Pay-As-You-Go subscription using ExtraExporter. Error [1].
Reason: Deny assignment entry on the frozen subscription: "[Subscription frozen due to inactivity for an year or more. Please call Microsoft Support to unfreeze]" for "All principals"

There should be parameter for ignoring frozen subscriptions.

It can be done, but I don't have any in my tenant so unsure how to detect them. If you give me KQL o api call that can be used to identify such subscriptions I can implement that.
