Redesign footer link block and fit it into model constraints of Firelight

This is following #450. I suggest that the way the link block appears now is changed, and it looks differently and/or is positioned in a different place on the page.

From @ReesePlews’s words I assume this might require a lengthy design confirmation, so it’s not an urgent issue.

hello @strogonoff thank you for continuing to examine the viability of this enhancement request.

we could discuss this; do you have a mock-up or picture of how it may look or where it will be positioned.

i recall the clients concern was mostly the location. at the top is not possible. if it cannot be at the bottom, please stop, there is no reason to expend your time on this.

if you do think it can be at the bottom but styled a bit differently than what was shown in the first image of ticket #450 i would be ok to continue that discussion.
