Ruby dependencies, fontist, etc. are not used when document sources are unchanged and Metanorma cache is used. However, I have seen it take up to 6 minutes to fetch and install all of this. 6 minutes is around a third of the whole action runtime. It is more time than it takes to build a Firelight deliverable.
