[FEATURE] Blocking users from creating accounts with login credential used for tests

**Circumstances**
Currently, user are able to create accounts with no limitation regarding login credential. This could lead to issues in future tests on a running system when checking for credentials users can possibly posses.

**Recommended Solution**
Block test credentials.

**Alternatives**
Due to a planned user verification process, the issue might get outdated.
