Use Case
Currently, whenever a new skill is added in a new release, running setupAgenticToolkit("update") does not add those skills, and as far as I can see from the documentation, the only way to add the new skills is by running setupAgenticToolkit("configure"). And each time I run this only to select some of the newly released skills, I have to start from scratch and also indicate the skills that I already have installed. As the list of skills is growing, repeating this every time I want to add a 1-2 newly released skills is getting cumbersome.

Proposed Behavior
I think it would be very helpful if there is a quicker workflow for updating the installed skill set that would only show the skills which are not already installed, ideally also marking those which have been added in the newest release (which would make them easier to spot as the list of skills grows over time). For me personally it would make sense to add this workflow to setupAgenticToolkit("update"), but it could also be a separate mode like "updateSkills".
