Error confusing when invalid entry for 'Accessible at' is entered

When 'http://' is left off, for example, the create / edit form does not allow the entry to be saved and the top of the page says 'Invalid input', but there is no highlighting of the 'Accessible at' field to indicate to the user that the issue is there. The error highlighting needs to be fixed for that field.
