NO INTERNET AND THE GAMES DONT OPEN!!!!

When I try to install a game, it tells me I'm offline (I checked the connection, and I can play other games).
Furthermore, when I do manage to install one (which happens rarely), it doesn't work—like with Planet Zoo, where the error indicates a lack of permissions. I don't know what to do; please help!

it is very persistent issue from many games if it has another client or cloud to recheck ur game it doesnt allow u to play that game
some of them are
no man sky
assasin creed odyssey
and in the end there is no cloud support from steam
I know I am demanding too much but bypassing steam was also not real or say impossible
BUT in forza horizon 6 it doesnt provide any issue as it directly connect to my microsoft account and run online
like i dont know the actual reason why some games work with external verification and some dont

so what should i do? i got bind of isaac and it instaled but i got rid of it and now it doesnt let me play
