[BUG] Clicking "New folder with selection" on an empty space destroys the parent directory structure

Description

When right-clicking an empty space inside a folder, the context menu mistakenly displays the "New folder with selection" option, despite no items being highlighted. Executing this option triggers a severe file restructuring loop that makes the current folder inaccessible.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any folder with existing contents.
2. Click on an empty canvas space to ensure everything is completely deselected.
3. Right-click the empty space and select New folder with selection.

Expected Behavior

No response

Are you using any 3rd party context menu extensions that provide that option? It is not displayed when there is noting selected

I don't use any 3rd party extension. Maybe you might need to scroll down a bit further in the menu to find it:

That is not menu item from OC, so OC doesn't have a control what it does. Maybe it comes from teracopy?

I tested it out, and you were completely right. I realized my mistake was confusing "New folder with selection" with "New folder from selection". TeraCopy installs a shell extension that maps to "New folder with selection".

Would you agree with or support a feature request to concatenate all of OC's native menu items into a single, dedicated submenu? This could improve overall readability and help prevent these types of shell extension clashes in the future.

PS: Interestingly, that TeraCopy shell menu item does not appear in the Windows file explorer right-click menu when no files or folders are selected. However, it still shows up in OC under those exact conditions, which causes the weird issues I mentioned. I am not entirely sure if this is a OC bug in handling background context menus, or if I should report it to the TeraCopy developers instead.
