deconvolution was not working for me, but was fixed with a change in Deconvolution.py
on line 23 I changed:
pool.map to pool.starmap

Thank you for reporting! This is likely something that has changed from the first version implemented for Python 2. Seems starmap should be the preferred method since it was included in Python 3.3. I'll test and update the code.
