Nextcloud server 31.0.3 docker-image missing

Current Behavior

Hi there,
thanks for maintaining this images.

Since a few days, version 31.0.3 of nextcloud server has been released, but the update for docker-nextcloud is still missing. Is there an issue with the builds, or can you give some insights?

Expected Behavior

No response

Steps To Reproduce

next cloud server release: https://github.com/nextcloud/server/releases/tag/v31.0.3
last linux server releases (31.0.2, but not 31.0.3): https://github.com/linuxserver/docker-nextcloud/releases

Environment

CPU architecture

x86-64

Docker creation

`docker-compose pull`
`docker-compose up -d`

Container logs

no logs needed for this issue

The upstream releases are broken, nextcloud/server#52131

As and when they release a fixed version we will build it.
