Short answer is no. This sort of thing would normally belong as a mod (because if we add one custom theme to the base image then everyone will want their favourite adding too), but precompiling the assets requires a bunch of dev dependencies, and install of a ton of node_modules. A ~600Mb download and a substantial wait (2-5 minutes on a fast machine) on every update to install an extra theme would be total overkill.
