[BUG] disbling microphone also disabled speaker (no web audio)

Current Behavior

Using the seal's menu at the left flyout I denied microphone permission. The prompt in red to re-enable in chromium settings has no matching disabled microphone setting in chromium

there appear to be problems with veloxmedia vps

Expected Behavior

microphone ought be independent of speakers

Steps To Reproduce

open left flyout
open audio menu
click microphone
click block
uh oh no web audio
cannot reverse setting in flyout or chromium
no web audio
