Update footer twitter icon and copyright year on Discuss forum

Current Behavior

The footer on the Layer5 Discuss forum contains a few outdated elements that could be updated to improve accuracy and consistency.

Desired Behavior

1. Update the Twitter social media icon to the new X branding.
2. Update the copyright year from 2025 to 2026.
