Current State
Each Academy repository maintains its own homepage content in content/_index.md. These homepages repeat the same high-level information about the
Academy ecosystem, development workflow, content types, and author guidance.
This creates unnecessary maintenance overhead because the same copy needs to be updated across multiple Academy repositories. Some of this content
also overlaps with the canonical Layer5 Academy documentation at https://docs.layer5.io/cloud/academy/, which should remain the source of truth f
or detailed Academy concepts, workflows, and publishing guidance.
Desired State
Move the shared Academy homepage content into academy-theme so all Academy repositories can inherit the same default homepage.
The homepage should stay intentionally high-level and point authors to the Layer5 Academy documentation for detailed guidance.
