Replace 1KG features with gnomAD

This is not necessary. But it can be seen as an update to the data. It has some advantages:

• equal processing of hg19/hg38
• We have lots of issues downloading the huge 1KG files (because of included genoytpes). GnomAD files will be smaller and can be processed faster in the workflow.
