Hi, I am coming from Meow Mode. I am liking Boon a lot so far, however the editing commands of this editor keeps polluting my clipboard history. IMO Meow's default behavior really shines in resolving this. All meow-editing commands share Meow's own isolated kill ring so yanking and copying are not affected and do not get affect the clipboard.
I think something like that for Boon will really help Boon not take much mental space; currently I need be very careful with my editing to not affect the kill ring so that I can paste what I wanted to paste somewhere else. With Meow, whenever I need to do anything like that, I just copy it to my clipboard with M-w then use Meow's editing commands to my desire as much as I want (even yanking and copying), then do C-y to eventually paste what I wanted to paste.
