We should have clear documentation on the site of how everything works. This will be especially helpful if (as) we invite people to try it out and do a few debates.
We can put a help link in debate rooms in the header row. That may be enough, I'm not sure if we need it in the lobby too. If it's on both then we can still probably just have it be the same modal.
