combine_CpG_sites sample number issue

Hi.

I'm trying to do combine_CpG_sites with my 1359 samples.

However, the error message "Error! Cannot read input file 1021st sample" appears when receiving more than 1020 samples as input.

Is there any reason or solution for this?

From the limited information you have provided, it is difficult to diagnose a reason. My suggestions are to double-check your file paths, and to run on a machine with more memory.
