Race condition on bank space vs red space

There appears to be a race condition between red spaces and bank spaces. In our example, three people landed on bank and one on red space.

Bank before: 38
Bank "during" (briefly flashed): 48
Bank after: 0

One player was awarded 16 points, the other two were awarded 12

the issue is with the log_round_moves db function. Probably the easiest option is to move the bank spaces to a separate loop at the end. It might be slightly more performant to like calculate how many landed on red spaces and chose to lose points and then use that when evaluating bank spaces in the main loop. But probably not necessary
