Configurable path for workspace apps

Given a workspace folder structure:

/apps/nextjs/.next/cache
/package.json

The current action uses {{ github.worspace }}/.next/cache

Ideally, just a path argument would suffice. But you could also glob search for next.config.{js,mjs,cjs,ts} and use that directory
