Konsole and mintty disable the scroll-back keys when the alternate screen is in use (when ti capability is sent to the terminal). So we are forced to no longer use the -notite option, because we need access to these keys. But I liked the -notite option because it left the remaining editor contents on the screen for reference. I also liked availability of scroll-back when editor was running.
Maybe add an option to print the final screen contents after we send the te sequence. Not sure if this would be good, it could be too jarring.
