Segmentation fault (core dumped)

when i run this program i get an error Segmentation fault (core dumped)

please help

this seems to be an outdated code compatible with previous version of opencv. I also get the same error running in with "GNU 5.4.0", opencv 3.3.1 and Ubuntu 16.04.
Have you managed to solved this issue?
