Country Code not set in wpa_supplicant.conf #112

Description

@gobater

Recently I ran into the following weird issue.

I live in Europe, where WiFi channels 12 and 13 are allowed.
My original wpa_supplicant.conf, hat the country code set (DE for Germany)

I went with my Raspberry Pi to visit some friends, where the Wireless Router was running on channel 12.
RapiWiFi was not able to find my old network and rebooted in Host Mode (until here everything as expected). Unfortunately in Host Mode RaspiWiFi was not listing the Network of my friend's, because it was on channel 12 and was not able to discover it. Additionally, setting manually the SSID didn't work.

I changed the channel on the WiFi access point to 11 and RaspiWiFi worked without problems. I guess it would be interesting to use the country of original wpa_supplicant.conf to avoid this issue
