More granular notification configuration

Would it be possible to make some of the notification options more configurable? For example, my intended usecase for the Discord webhooks would be to only notify when content becomes available but it looks like it notifies as soon as it's added to Pulsarr's back-end, even when it's still pending approval. Notifying only when content is available in Plex would be a nice option to have.

The Discord webhook under notifications is for system notifications such as who added what, delete sync, approvals etc.

The public content notifications page (linked at the top of this page) is for exactly what you're looking for.

The 'General' discord webhook would send all notifications of content availability to this specific endpoint. You can configure movies and shows separately if you like.
