Target Kotlin/Native

Currently, this awesome library only provides artifacts for Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile. I'd like to use it for my Kotlin/Native project and maybe on the jvm.

Edit: JVM is already supported

The io.github.skeptick.libres:libres does not seem to support K/N yet - they need to adopt before this library can.

Hallo @Julius-Babies! I'm working on a v2 of the library (WIP in #197), which doesn't use Libres any more. I added support for tvOS and watchOS but can add others as well.

Specifically which native targets do you need support for?

I'm building a CLI for use on macos (arm), linux (arm + x86) and mingw64.
