minor enhancement suggestions

1. allow specification of a full url rather than compiler version
2. display list of available compiler versions that may be installed
3. allow installation of release candidates. at the moment if I type 2.068.2 then it fails (saying it couldn't access ftp.digitalmars.com)

Yeah, that would be useful. But there's a lot of compiler versions available to show. Not sure how to best do that.

allow installation of release candidates

This is implemented in the latest version 0.4.4, which I released yesterday 😃.
