In the current template, author names and affiliations are anonymized by using the submission option.
But it doesn't seem that it anonymizes the author names in Creative Commons field provided as a footnote at the bottom left of the first page.
I think these also should be automatically anonymized to prevent authors from unintentionally violating the double-blind review policy.
