On the mobile version of the wiki, the Edit & Dropdown button scrolls along with the page. However, the button should remain fixed at the top and not move with the scroll.
The problem isn’t necessarily that the buttons scrolls, but that the text and other elements overlap the buttons as you scroll. I guess this happens because the button z-index is 0 while the other content is set to 1, which makes it appear as a bug.
