Shiny integration

Support inclusion of Shiny figures for improved interactivity.

Required features

• Support figure numbering and referencing
• allow for switching between this and other formats via the format option
• export PDF of figure with current parameters (via the usual link in the figure caption)

Desirable features for this include

• automatically generate shiny figure from ggplot object (not sure to what extend this is possible)
