add 3 missing environment variables for the BDI container (applicable for aviation or acm) in docker-compose files

Some important environment variables for bdi (aviation or acm) are missing in docker-compose files.

We should add them for ACM :
- BDI_OPTIONS=ECP|MEL|SRC|FLB|OWO|OWT|OWJ|XPM|TSX|PME|SQP|-TRPNR
- BDI_VREX_ON_START=Y
- BDI_VREX_PULSE_MINS=60

We should add them for MfA (Maximo for Aviation) :
- BDI_OPTIONS=ECP|MEL|SRC|FLB|OWO|OWT|OWJ|XPM|TSX|PME|SQP|OMP|MPM|W&B|SFT|SHL|WOL|MPC
- BDI_VREX_ON_START=Y
- BDI_VREX_PULSE_MINS=60
