How to exclude existing tags from dropdown?

Hi!
Thank you for creating this useful plugin!

Do you have idea how to exclude existing tags from dropdown?
For example Typeahead section here
There are already predefined tags "Amsterdam" and "Washington"
Write "a" and dropdown appears with two results "Amsterdam" and "Los angeles". Clicking "Amsterdam" highlight existing one "Amsterdam" and does not add new one. This is correct behaviour.
But it would be more convenient if already existing tags will not be shown at dropdown list at all, so user would not fall into this trap.

I can not find this option at bloodhound/typehead docs.
