Runtime errors in web page

I'm unsure exactly which commit the website at http://alloy4fun.inesctec.pt is based on, but the site currently seems not to work due to a JQuery version mismatch.

The following exception is being thrown:

Uncaught Error: Bootstrap's JavaScript requires jQuery version 1.9.1 or higher, but lower than version 3
