Per chick3nman's request for me to submit this; the cleanup-rules is missing newer rule functions and could use an update.
Apparently it's missing the new(er) rule 3 option and may need other updates as well

Expected behavior: cleanup-rules should validate rules as expected and allow for all rules the current version of hashcat supports
