Update Site URL?

The README.md states that

The etablesaw plug-ins are available as one feature in the update site found at hallvard.github.io/etablesaw. Use Help > Install New Software... and enter this URL in the Install dialog.

but I can't find the URL for that update site mentioned.

Where do I have to look exactly to find it?

My build setup seems to have a problem, I'll try to make the update site available manually soon.
