Hi, I aprecciate very much the work that you have put on building this tool.
I was trying to run the gui on my Windows 10 laptop and I would like to report 2 problems:

The gui window is a little bit small, not showing all the text (see image below), and cannot be resized (bottom right corner not working to resize).

When I run blanka to process my .mzXML files (LCMS-MS, RT tolerance 1 sec, m/z tolerance 0.005 Da, Verbose checked), it shows the prompt: "BLANKA succesfully finished!", but no files are created anywhere.
