Insights latency diagram view should scale non-uniform

We should reconsider how we display latency on insights and make it easier to see low latency trends.

Feedback: Your chart scales uniformly here, which causes the crucial details in the < 200ms range to become ‘blurred’, making cache hits (usually <10ms), for example, completely invisible.
Attached you find screenshot of how Apollo is doing that non-uniform scaling to not loose details.

Any news/roadmap here?

As for me, this low-latency insight is crucial and blocks me from switching from Apollo Studio to Hive as long has Hive can't show these details. Because this feature really enables me to see even the slightest changes in DB latency / cache hits or other things going on in the sub 50ms ranges of requests.
