"Press ENTER" when `nowrapscan` is set

Vim has option set nowrapscan so it does not continue searching from the top if a search hits the bottom. This is the message that Vim shows in this case:

However, vim-searchindex makes you also hit Enter, which is annoying:

The "Press ENTER" message only shows up with a "/" search; it doesn't show up with n/N.

The "search index" feature has been natively integrated into Vim (see the updated readme), making this plugin redundant. It's unlikely I'll be fixing these issues, but if you need it for some reason, feel free to send the pull request.

This also happens when there is no such text in the buffer. So I temporarily disabled the mapping:

cnoremap <CR> <CR>

Also I need this kind of plugin even if my Vim has set shortmess-=S, because I want to do zz after each search like this:
