chore: move Go docs from theauth.dev/go to go.theauth.dev subdomain

Cloud/marketing is shelved (OSS-only for now), so there's no app left to
host a /go/ path rewrite proxy. A dedicated subdomain needs zero extra
infra: GitHub Pages' native custom-domain CNAME support handles it
directly, no Worker or reverse proxy required.
