The Quantomatic library becomes a fundamental issue for supporting isabelle 2016-1(and onwards) and proofpower for Tinker. The quanto lib gets a local copy of isabelle since version 2016 and isabelle use polyML 5.6, but the proofpower uses version 5.5. Maybe it is the time to implement a simple graph lib for Tinker
