Initial partly instantiated goal node environment

In addition to just providing a goal to be verified when starting a proof, it should be possible to also give an environment where some variables are instantiated. This enables a form of parameteric strategies where we can instantiate parameters on executions. Similarly, we should be able to provide an environment that instantiates variables in more generic graph, and evaluates the instantiated graph.
