Install failure on Rocket.Chat 3.2.2

Trying to install Version 0.1.1 from the marketplace, I get the error message (paraphrased) that the file size is greater than 16777216 -- it creates the bot user (which I cannot delete), but won't install the app.

After DL the zip files here and open it ... I see a 20Mo gif files ...
not needed I think.
I remove it and ask RC to install from my local zip files (20Ko, without this gif) but nothing happens
