Remove "Hot" Function language from all docs.

As all functions are now "hot", we need to remove any discussion of hot vs. cold.  In some cases it may be beneficial to link to a discussion of function lifecycle. 

The [FAQ](https://github.com/fnproject/docs/blob/master/fn/develop/hot-functions.md) includes a discussion of hot functions and links to a page we should remove.
